Pokemon Rumble U has been announced for Europe last Nintendo direct!
Some people didn't think this was going to come over because lack of Pokemon mystery dungeon on the wii!
Pokemon is extremely popular all over the world, with different play styles all over the place, not just popular not just something people like, at one point kids broke into stores just to get some pokemon cards, Ahh those were the days!
So with such a fan base you'd expect every pokemon game to get to the UK and US right? well there are some that haven't and that's why some people thought Pokemon Rumble U wasn't going to make it!

Lets start with this, On the wii-u pad there is a NFC chip for the pokemon, this would have been very experimental, nintendo would have been worried about sending something like this out, worried that they would either look bad for having people buy figures to play the game, or perhaps they would be worried that the kids wouldn't understand how to use them!
Why has that changed you may ask? 1 game.. Skylanders, the games an absolute success in the UK and US and thus sending figures out to gamestop and game, isn't so experimental, the business side makes more sense now!
There was another reason? what was that?
Pokemon mystery dungeon on the Wii, it existed, there was 3, a fire version, a water version and a electric version, with unique features, I couldn't wait for it, but it never happened, it never came out!

There is also one other reason, The game has been out for quite a while in Japan with no mention of coming over to the UK and America, Nintendo have been announcing things coming out to all regions without being released anywhere before revealing that it will be available world wide (give or take a couple of titles) so with nothing being said there was no point to keep up hope!
Now release date, Nintendo seem's to be making Europe happy before the Americans, which as a British citizen and usually having to wait months after americans get things, its a lovely change!
Pokemon rumble U is coming out on the 15th of august, and I shall be buying it day one!
While you americans have to wait till the 29th!

They aren't needed to play the game but they are collectables, and everyone love collectables right?
